CPN-UML Central Member Rajendra Shrestha talks about federalism based on ethnicism, the bottom line of dissident faction of UML, how Marx and Lenin have voiced their support for ethnic upliftment and federalism. He said he was proud if he was removed from Valley In-charge post because of his voice in favor of ethnic federalism and his struggle within the party for ethnic equality.
